THE GOLDIE'S TREATMENT
three steps, one day
The Wash
A careful power wash strips years of gray, mildew, and dead wood fibers. Your fence's real color is still under there — this is where it starts coming back.
The Tune-Up
Included with every job: we re-screw loose pickets, fix the sagging gate, and check every post. Thirty minutes of care most fences haven't had in a decade.
The Gold
Two hand-sprayed coats of premium oil-based stain that soaks in and seals out water. Done in one day. Protected for years.

FAIR QUESTIONS
How much does it cost?
$6.50 per linear foot, which covers the wash, the tune-up, and the stain. A typical backyard runs $950–$1,250. Our minimum job is $450. If our crew is already working on your street, take $100 off — no travel and setup means we pass it on.
How long does it take?
One day. We wash in the morning, let the wood breathe, tune up your gate and pickets, and spray in the afternoon. You'll have the best-looking fence on the street by dinner.
How long does it last?
A quality oil stain protects for 2–3 years in Texas sun before it wants a refresh. We'll put you on our list and check in when it's time — that's it, no spam.
Is my fence too far gone?
Probably not — gray and thirsty is exactly what we fix. If boards or posts are truly rotted, we'll tell you straight, quote the repair separately, and never stain wood that won't hold it.
Do you stain both sides?
We stain your side and, if your neighbor's game, we'll quote their side while we're there — it's cheaper for everyone when the equipment's already out.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Unlock the gate, keep pets inside for the day, and we'll text you photos as the gold goes on.
